There's not, like, a limit to how many *folders* Neocities will let you have, right? Because if there is i'm concerned that i'll bump up against it pretty soon

the uh. the sidenotes aren't that wide on the actual page that's just a cockup that got preserved in amber on the screenshot
I doubt it. Neocities seems to use a fairly direct representation of an actual filesystem, which doesn't even keep track (by default) of the amount of folders you have. There's no cost to a new folder, apart from a small amount of disk space to record it.
Thought so — better safe than sorry, though 😛
just checked the Neocities code on GitHub (mostly out of personal interest), there's nothing in there that does that
