Ah, i assume you're talking about the glowing effect on pages with the neon theme? I’ve heard people have had performance issues with things like that before — that’s why i changed it to only be on hover instead of all the time :P

wellm i actually meant the hover on the biglink divs ( like linkroll etc,) but the hover on the links is effectively a bit laggy as well :0
