Added a Badge Of Shame to non-mobile-friendly sites, although the degree of unfriendliness ranges from "it literally doesn't work at all" to "the text is slightly smaller than it should be"

it turns out there are a lot more writing systems in the world than i had anticipated. i may have to wrangle some sort of family or region-based organisation instead of grouping them into "here's 5 billion alphabets" and "here's 5 billion abugidas"
