Not a "proper" update but I removed the Javascript generated header and footer in the blog and replaced it with plain HTML. People with Javascript disabled don't deserve to be blocked from basic navigation. In future I'll strip back other Javascript elements as well. Hope you're all enjoying your weekend!

Hi everyone, due to school term starting again and me setting up my alternate graphic design website (which will likely include an accessibility focused blog eventually), updates on Pixel Glade will be on hold for awhile. I will still be checking into Neocities though!

Thanks for the follow, your pixel adoptable page is pretty cute, and your minifesto was quite different (not a several page rant like mine). I noticed you have a section called Haunted Jukebox which sounds similar to one of my own pages The Haunted Chapel (under Jukebox). So I'm keen to see what that page will be when it appears.

hopefully i'll get the haunted jukebox back off the ground soon. it was the first page i made on here and it was basically a collection of midi files of 90s/2000s songs on the surface, but if you poked around a bit there was a little interactive fiction ghost story happening in the background. i was really proud of it but the javascript was wonky so i took it offline.

Aw, thank you, I'm glad you like the banner and my artwork! Part of the reason I decided to study design is because I couldn't decide on a style so I figured I'd study a bit of everything. I actually love MIDI files, Of love to see your haunted jukebox be revived someday, even without JavaScript if it's a MIDI archive would be cool

ahhhh, i have a really big soft spot for HoD, so i was really happy to read this!!! loved the comparisons you brought up for the areas between the two castles. i agree though, the castles are confusing to navigate at times and Maxim could've used a lot more fleshing out.
Thank you! I really loved HoD (as you can probably tell), and I think Juste Belmont is probably my favorite Belmont (probably because he looks like Alucard). Tbh I thought Juste was like Arikado, Alucard in disguise until I looked up the Wikipedia page to correct myself lol. I'm sure that was by design though, everyone enjoyed playing Alucard so much they wanted to try put some of his characteristics into a Belmont.
