there used to be -places to go to- on the internet. knowing a url was like knowing a spell. there were href trails to follow like streets and places to stop on the way; places to read, shop, play or watch

Neocities american site hosted out of Portland Oregon, so I would think not. Maybe you can find a Canadian webhost?
