Super cool! I'm looking to hackintosh a t480s in the next coming weeks, waiting on a 2240 m.2 to have a dedicated drive and a very specific wifi module :) Will probably be the last upgrade on that fella (replaced screen, max ram already).
that sounds so fun! I've been seeing a few old ThinkPad hackintosh projects recently and I want to make one myself. Is there a good guide out there for this?
hi friends, just wanted to throw one last reminder out there to update your links to onio.neocities.org instead of onio.cafe if you're linking to me. The .cafe domain renewal was just too ridiculous this year ($42?!) and it's set to expire any day now, so any onio.cafe links will break soon. i hope you're all having a great day, take care now!
I found the source of the stank on the old ThinkPads.. it actually came from the aging rubber rails on the caddy breaking down o.o Use isopropyl alcohol to rub the yellow stinkyness off the inside of the hdd bay.

Honestly I was just searching tutorials and learning about the different EFI setups. Here's a nice starting point: https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad/wiki/os/hackintosh/
