Outbound harbor only looks like that on desktop because it's made for mobile lol. In BarracudaChan, this is where the mobile users reside. They can't enter the rest of the island until they show proof of having a computer. Unlike the rest of the vaporwave island, Outbound Harbor is designed with Dark Aero aesthetics.

Ok so I came back to Barracudachan early, because my brother lent me his laptop(shout-out to him!). BarracudaChan now has a Dark Aero Mobile version!

@tabf5 Thanks! I wanted to do something other than vaporwave, so I chose Dark Aero
