i'm having issues with the hit counter tutorial, the page isn't getting replaced with the word "success"

It's likely that you aren't able to connect to eternal sites after page load. Free sites after July don't allow that. You either need a legacy free site or a supporter account.

I was so hyped for the early version of Prey. more hyped than Duke Forever.
Based on the performance of Unreal, there's no way I could have played it on my computer. Was nice to watch the videos though
What is Ten Network? Is it just an old site you linked?
Most of these pages are a way to archive the contents of my hard drive, but in a meaningful way. In this case, that image was in with the rest, so I linked it. I forget the details, but i feel like it was some sort of game matchmaking thing
