There's not, like, a limit to how many *folders* Neocities will let you have, right? Because if there is i'm concerned that i'll bump up against it pretty soon
I doubt it. Neocities seems to use a fairly direct representation of an actual filesystem, which doesn't even keep track (by default) of the amount of folders you have. There's no cost to a new folder, apart from a small amount of disk space to record it.

just checked the Neocities code on GitHub (mostly out of personal interest), there's nothing in there that does that
