A free Neocities account gives you 1Gig of storage. With proper image compression you shouldn't ever need more than that.

it took me like 3-4 years to reach 1GB without compressing anything (i compress everything now obvi)

Only have your image the size you intend to show it on your site, use jpeg or gif before using png! also you can find compressors online by googling. My site is only 261mb haha

It's a bad idea to host images onto Discord, because it causes all the links to be broken, especially after 180 days
