Neocities seems to be functioning as normal and expected rn. I'm considering creating a Paintkiller YouTube playlist of favorite tunes, old and new, not sure what kinda market there is for that tho.

Man it was driving me nuts having no real big update but the menu being jacked up, so stoked to get that finished.

OK. I think the update thing might be like a cool-off scenario. They - Neocities - don't want you updating the same page repeatedly too many times in a row in a certain amount of time. Or subsequent updates to a new update are prioritized lower.

I don't think that's the case! Cuz earlier all I did was change a banner and it STILL hasn't updated :(

Makin a new thread cuz responding to an old one might be buried: I don't want to assume things, so I'll ask, do you use only the Neocities editor to make changes to your site? :o

In that case, I would recommend trying a dedicated text editor to make changes instead. There isn't a priority on which one you use as long as it can download a live server plugin, which allows you to make changes to your site and preview them (works offline from my experience). Still have to copy the changes onto NC, but at least you can preview the changes instantly beforehand.

Also, how pathetic, I feel like time stands still when I'm not working and trying to work on my site and Neocities is down or being slow. What the hell did I do before Neocities lol? I'm kinda obsessed like I was in the late 90s and early 00s.

I was losing my marbles yesterday when Neocities was inaccessible for a while, lol. And dude I know, my site means so much to me and is such a big part of my life now.
