I ate a lot of food. I will eat more. Not in celebration of indigenous peoples getting massacred, in celebration and recognition of what they've done for the world and wronhly been ignored or erased for. And also because it's the first time this month Ive gotten to eat something not microwaved or readymade. Not everything is mutually exclusive. All the love to all the people.

Hey Paint, wanted to ask, what font did you use on the Lava Lounge titles? I want to use the same font but I wanted to change the colors and I'm having trouble just tweaking the image itself to my satisfaction. o3o

Congrats on going back to therapy! I'm glad you found the strength to do that and are getting along with your new therapist. I haven't been in therapy in several years and have been thinking about reaching out to my old therapist, but it's pretty daunting and a Whole Thing for several reasons, so I haven't done anything besides thinking about it.

admitting you need help, for really anything is a hard step to take, So props to my brother, no many can admit a fault in themselves. I can't personally relate, because I've never been to therapy, I have done hypnosis therapy before, but it honestly felt like a scam. Because I remembered everything in my session, but in my head I was playing along with the therapist, just to get the session over with.

I walked away from that session feeling sort of cheated and depressed, and realized therapy wasn't for me, I needed to fix whatever was wrong on my own. I'm here for you brother, any time you need.

@ENFLICTED - I get it man. Therapy isn't for everyone. More specifically, not every therapist or therapy style is for everyone. And we all grew and heal and evolve in different ways. Appreciate you, man! <3
