Severance is probably the most distinct from all of these hype shows about what s*bstackers write 5k word thinkpieces and spoonfed affilate link slop, because they want to make money to show how to copy character's fits. From all of current shows it's indeed visually distinct, but I really hate this slop 60s-80s corporate

design shit targeted to millennials. Even if it has to be sterile, soulless and fake on purpose it just feels too nostalgia based and forced with such obvious loading of design classics (like these super rare Braun stereos designed by Dieter Rams as props) and costuming feels so mid. From what I read plot really didn't interest me either so except maybe visual side I don't get the appeal.
