I still love these, which remind me of certain graphics in some of the Vectrex's games. Those lilypads are so simply and peacefully gratifying.

Persisting error when attempting to render "anomaly containment apparatus" and "moiré worm:" "SyntaxError: missing } after function body" These worked before, so I don't know what the trouble is.

Thank you for catching that. Both errors were related to not using braces to enclose the contents of for loops, even though previously that worked when the loop body was only one line (as they were in these cases). I added in braces at the cost of two characters, but they now work again and remain under the limit.

Also I had never heard of the Vectrex.I love the look of it! I imagine emulation would hardly do it justice because of the screen and the overlays

this is really impressive stuff! adding BVH for collision detection will probably be needed at some point, unless the maps are very simple

thanks! i actually did start working on that but ran into an issue with it. many of my environment meshes have large triangles that span basically a whole dimension of the mesh, so the resulting bvh wasn’t very useful. i still need to think about how to proceed, will maybe have to subdivide some of the large triangles in my meshes

heh, thank you! i love your content, i had to google what "danpa" is but i kinda like it. :D how is your experience with the x4? i flashed crosspoint after a few hours but i consider trying "Microreader" with an even more minimalist approach and better rendering (at least on screenshots). :D
