Idk if you're looking for advice, but i know how to do nsfw stuff! historically, i've made a sfw separate preview for nsfw art that has a disclaimer attached. Like this. It could just redirect a consenting viewer to the hosting directory on your neocities imo. You can do something similar with other mediums.
