possibly a BIG TIP: if your wondering why your site isn't updating, neocities is now "hard-caching" site updates, which means you need to press ctrl+refresh (hard refresh; clears cache on refresh for the site your hard-refreshing on) or clear cache to see your updated site, if that doesn't work do it in view-source: instead.. I hope this helps for people struggling and crashing out for their site not updating ^v^
It's pretty frustrating too, there are times where editing a file doesn't update right away. Example: I had made a typo on an image file. Replacing the image with the correction did not show as updated. I even deleted the file and reuploaded it and the old version was still there. I dont really know the solution but to wait in cases like this.
Sorry to treat you like technical support lol but I have been hard refreshing my page since this started. I tried HRing the source code and it doesn't do anything there either. I think it's a different issue
mine behaves really weirdly tho, if i do the ctrl f5 thing anywhere nothing seems to happen but then sometimes i can access the page and itll display the updated version, if i refresh it again though it brings back the old one that i dont want
Does your source code update? Mine has stopped updating 6 hours ago, it only saves the changes in the editor

replying to @overthesea: yes, just hard refresh on the source code, happened WAYY before and thankfully I learned about hard refreshing
replying to @win1999: happens so MUCH!! I just resort to renaming the file lol it works
