pop the back cover off of that jawn and blast the heatsinks/fans with compressed air, make sure to hold the fans in place when you blow them out or you can overspin them and kill the bearings. Thinkpads are ez work to take apart, all of the screws you need to remove will be Philips and have arrows pointing towards them
