No, it's from Giphy, same with the background for the miniblog as well as the bats in the background of the main page. Giphy, i find, is pretty good for animated background, just be mindful that it has an AI Slop problem bc it's been around for so long and wasn't prepared for that, so be critical about it (and do what I do and recognize human artist who upload there stuff and link those!)
Giphy is basically a database of Gifs for use in web design and reaction images Now, if you wanna see MY art, go to the main page then Media>Artblog and you can scroll through some featured pieces, most of it's just drawings, but I have a couple 3D things. If you wanna see my low poly stuff, play my (downloadable) games :P
