New project: "Notebook" saves your plaintext notes right in your browser. I never see them, Neocities never sees them, they never leave your browser memory, but they save across sessions.
Don't believe me? Hit F12 while using the Notebook app and click on the "Network" tab and see how there are no network calls the whole time you're adding, editing, deleting notes. Or just check out the source code
