nekoweb is not a bad idea, especially if you want a back-up/site mirror (though i couldn't get my site to work on there, for some reason, there's slight differences i'm too stupid for). going other places is not a bad idea; being in many places is not a bad idea. it's a bad idea to put all your eggs in one basket. and to idolize a basket

@jojo-website i mean, im not on any queer webrings and i've received hate that was specifically assuming i'm queer so idk. but like, i'm a veteran to anon hate so i'd rather receive it than someone who struggles with that identity. but like most of us are a bunch of 30 year olds why tf bother with targeting gender or sexual identity?

ofc !! it can be annoying sometimes with warping in its attempt to try and scan (especially long) objects, but what's worked to sort of solve that is like... if i'm scanning my full cd case inside for example, i'll make sure i crop it way past the boundaries so it's extraaaa long & for some reason it warps less. so like play with cropping & stuff if it's adjusting things weirdly is my advice !

I mean mobile browsers have an option to "switch to desktop view", but a lot of people don't know that option and won't look for it if they don't know the site has a desktop view, and instead of display none you can choose to show a text or image on mobile, you can make a completely different site under the @media (max-width: 768px) { }

you can also have a message display for mobile users like this @media (max-width: 768px){body > * {display:none} body::after{content:"Website not available on mobile"}}
