im so grateful neocities exists. not only does it take the hassle out of web hosting, but it has a nice warm atmosphere and community to boot. one of the best things about it is that there's always more sites and passion projects to see :)

Me too. If Neocities didn't exist, I might have never even learned HTML or CSS.
As a Web Dev/Web Programmer, I need to my improve my programming and designing skills. So, I'm glad this free hosting site exists. I really miss old Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 web design looks tho.
