I added this change to Cafe Rose's rules a while ago but will state it again here: You're highly unlikely to get in with a vapourwave aesthetic website. I just don't find it cute. Also, 1 gif of an anime girl does not make a site cute. It has to be majority cuteness, that's what the listing is about

Forums are also not accepted into Cafe Rose. If you have a forum about cute topics we could discuss becoming affiliates. But this listing is for personal websites only. No forums.
