I updated the rules of Angelical to be more clear! It shouldn't affect submissions that have already been accepted, but if you'd like to give them another read feel free to do so. ૮ ´･ω･` ა
ummm i'm just curious since i'm still pretty new to indie web and web clique culture, but for those who do host a clique of their own: do you allow people with no personal website to join them? or is it standard practice that people should have a well developed site of their own first before they join?

I do/would. Deviantart accounts or other media are fine by me if they don't have neocities/nekoweb/domain. If someone didn't have a site, I could do hover credits to say "Made by Name (no personal site)".
