It's my birthday. Neither of my adult kids wished me a happy birthday or tried to engineer a gathering or celebration. I'd recommend getting that toe checked out. I'm pretty sure the rib(s) I bust in my back last year didn't quite set right - I didn't get those checked out either - and I still get an ache every now and then. Big toes are pretty important, little ones less so.
