your added details to the stories "they looked like brothers but weren't / i had to rewire the first one but that's another story" are so vivid. i read them in a "you had to be there" tone that makes the narrator know more than they can tell us. reminds me of a youtube i have on watch later but still haven't called "how to draw the details without drawing all the details"

big, big dig the art of the unripe fig. dig the fig. the work on your substack is rad as hell; are you planning on posting similar art on here, or using the site to other ends? good luck on getting it all set up and launched, i still feel like i'm in a constant state of redesigns and endless toil.

I'm hoping eventually to have all sorts of different art and writing on my Neocities page. Lots of work to do, but the toil so far has been rewarding :)

Looking back at old interactions, I've noticed a lot of accounts I really enjoyed and talked to a lot haven't updated anything in two, three, even four years sometimes. There's a chance some of these folks are no longer with us. Most probably just moved on from this little niche web rev thing. Either way, enjoy this space with friendly folks while you can. It ends sooner than you think.
