Very good points in both of your recent blog posts! There can't be any real democracy when the vast majority of people are utterly gullible and just about every method for communicating is largely censored and controlled by powerful groups. This whole "Covid" debacle has continually proven that.

The part about bad habits being akin to being in an abusive relationship with yourself is interesting, considering how much drug addiction (and probably addiction in general) mirrors being in an abusive relationship with someone who appears to be a wonderful person, and slowly starts revealing their monstrous self as the relationship goes on.

totally agree on developing yourself. if you're going down whatever quest, there's no smarter investment than to alchemize with yourself; fix up your food, habits, principles, etc.
"alchemize yourself" I like that.
