No sites; added alphabetization for non-Latin characters, fixed a bug with the feed popups (thanks again Frost!), and removed that bit on the Join page about not being able to handle multiple feeds (whoops).

Also, I am going to have to figure out a way to alphabetize non-Latin characters that are being substituted for Latin characters. Currently this is being handled programmatically so it lumps these sites at the bottom. Compatibility with assistive technologies is also something I'm going to look into.

Heads-up: the RSS entry for syserror404 appears to point to a misspelled URL: https://syserror404.neocities.org/rss.xmll (extra "l"). The correct feed seems to be https://syserror404.neocities.org/rss.xml
Just noting it in case the list needs updating.
