I hated to hear that your cat died... We had a sweet little kitty named Molly that grew up with my daughter that died a few years ago. She was 17 years old. We were all devastated. Eventually a new kitten came and asked to live with us and we welcomed him in. He is now 3 years old. Take it from me man, get another cat. Cats are the best!

I moved the code for the Netscape 3 time-browser out to its own html page... this makes it view better in the ifame in the main page and easier for me to edit. The downside of this is that reload button causes a recursion in the main iframe of the index page if you use it with a site off server. I can live with that for now...

Madness struck me in the middle of the night as I went on a quest to add custom scroll bars to the main page and found that the index had display errors in Chrome! We just can't have that, now can we? All this has now been resolved. The site looks like it should in both Chrome and Firefox. However Firefox still doesn't support custom scroll bars. Bummer. But they are there for you Chrome users.

I got excited about custom scrollbars for about 5 mins ten years ago. Sure, they can be pretty, but they can also mess with the user's ability to see what's what. I'm happy not to have theme these days. My opinion... Just my opinion.

the code is pure css and ony exists as part of them main page. Its there to enhance the experience of the faux netscape browser. At any rate I can't see the effect on firefox. Lol

ok, going live with new menu. the drop downs all work and are displaying properly. most of the links are still dummies. some of them will work though. no I'm not telling :)

I have been working on the top menu in the faux Netscape browser... This is what I have so far: https://billsworld.neocities.org/test.html the menu items are all dummy place holders until I can get them all placed correctly.
