Hey! I really really enjoyed your website, was surprised to see your graff zines page because it's something I enjoy personally and was happy to see someone else enjoy as well. Also loved your patches and pins and how you catalogued your interests :)

Thanks so much! Glad to find people into the Graff Zines, love 'em so much - especially as a semi-reetired graffiti artist. Really love the zines and your band a lot - any new music coming?

Been getting more and more into pixel art - all the fun pixel clubs partly to blame lol - been just using Photoshop, wondering if there's a better (free) option out there for pixel art? Anyone?

I've been using pixilart.com lately. There's an app version too.

Seconding Medibang! Theres a dedicated pixel brush obvs, but you can also choose to toggle a pixel grid view and kind of pixellize brushes by turning antialiasing off

Cheers for the feedback! Have played around with Pixilart.com a bit and liked some of its functionality but disliked even more. Will chek Medibang and Piskelapp. Thanks again!

When I started I was making my 88x31 buttons with GIMP but then I found Pixilart.com and have been using that because it's much more basic and more my speed. I've heard good things about aseprite - it costs $20 but you can trial it for free.

I use GIMP 2.8 for all my stuff. I like it alot but I haven't compared it to anything else.

Had a look at dedicated pixelart editors for PC a few years ago, GraphicsGale and GrafX2 were the most-recommended freeware options: https://graphicsgale.com/us/ http://grafx2.chez.com/

i also use medibang! its pretty robust for being a free program ^^ i orginally started using it on my phone, but its even better on computer

Life really sucks when you have a moment with a piece of music and no one else does. Bittersweet, to the fullest.
