My internal dialogue often runs along the same lines. "I know I need money for food, but this book is on sale and I need it for research." Later, my stomach grumbles at my brain, "Jokes on you! You cannot even focus when you are starving!"

Apple Butter is cooked for a longer time, is thicker, and usually has more spices added to it. Ideally, it has the consistency of jam and is spreadable like butter, hence the name. Apple Sauce is more watery in comparison.

I should add that one can acutally make Apple Butter from Apple Sauce by adding more spices (like clove and nutmeg) and then slowly cooking it down until it becomes thick.

There's also Apple Cheese, I used to eat it a lot as a kid. Idk how they make it but it's like Apple Leather, just in a block that you slice.

This sounds like a piece of crime fiction. Did Toriaz give you the idea? The mystery is solved by taking every capital letter within the previous three book reviews. It spells out a message from Mr. Duffy, "PLEASE HELP..." Hahah!
