40% of these will certainly happen, so your fear is legit. 7% will certainly NOT happen. The remainder remains to be seen. I'm sorry you're feeling all this fear, it sucks.

No one’s life is all plain sailing, which sounds insensitive, except that I mean to say I think everyone fears more than they need to, especially when your younger and the future is unknown of course. It’s one of the few benefits of getting older, I think. It gives you some perspective (and some regrets which replace fears maybe). That doesn’t sound hopeful, but it is. As you get older, life isn’t a mystery anymore.

And yes, I typed the wrong “you’re”. That’s the kind of thing that keeps me awake at night now! I might go have a warm milk.

I too have now realised I've used the wrong "you're". But I'm going to do the stereotypically English thing and have a cup of tea instead.

I think warm milk is for old folks, isn't it?

Let Go, of course!

Oh yes, that was the second song I was gonna ask about. I do really like the music video for Must Be Dreaming as well

nohappynonsense your custom "imagine making your own social media feed" is actually a bit brilliant. Thanks for the follow!

many thanks, and thanks for the follow as well

thanks for the follow. just read your H:CE prose and it resonated with me a lot, being roughly the same age as you and having similiar intermittent interactions with the game via LAN parties or friend-ish people who really enjoyed it. going to check out more of the site, keep it rad

Go easy on the void-consumption. It'll give you eye-strain.

Your RSS article was really helpful. I've managed to subscribe to yours and umbritzer's feeds now and have made a basic start of it myself. Thanks!

Any good suggestions you feed readers without ads? I am using LifeRea.

I'm entirely new to this. For now I've been using something called Feeder.co so I could make sure everything was working. Doesn't seem to advertise except for the expected encouragement to upgrade to a paid version.

I used Liferea when I was on Linux and enjoyed it; I don't remember if there were ads or not on it? Currently I use blogtrottr.com for posts sent direct to email, and my adblocker prevents me from seeing any ads. I prefer email versus using a standalone reader.

Feel you, mate. I go to the gym just to do my rehabilitation routine and to watch everyone else lift weights, box, and generally do stuff that's much more fun. Rehab takes patience of a zen master. Hope your knee recovers soon.

I ran despite having plantar fasciitis for three months, and it didn’t get better until I took a very long break. It sucks to take breaks from running, and the waiting is excruciating, so I hope you feel better soon!
