Well chattable has lots of interesting features already, it does need a bit more coding expertise for some stuff, but i already like it more because you can customize almost everything inside it with CSS, making the layout very unique and fitting to your website! If you're interested you can check the chat on my website, i'm trying all sorts of stuff there :B
