eltd universe fact time: The world in which Abby and Teddy's story takes place has some hell-like elements, but is actually a separate realm from it entirely. there's a bit of an in-universe religious explanation for its existence, but the Low Point citizens are unsure if its a true story or just pithy malarkey

additional fact: it's really rare, but travel between Low Point and Earth is possible. When a demon from the Low Point realm visits our realm, they become a human approximation of their usual forms for the duration of their stay. vice-versa with earth humans.
