Skep's Place is apparently a year old today. This means I managed to retain interest in something I started for one whole year. Just do me a favor and ignore the self-referential Distracted Boyfriend meme I slapped on my front page two days ago and we'll be good.

I have played a good amount of games where the crank was essential for gameplay. and many of the games themselvs are fun. but i feel like i need to be some kinda monkish stoic to sit and *enjoy* a prolonged session on playdate

Gold rank is pretty fair so long as you don't drop your combo and are decent about hitting the hearts. Anyway you inspired me to have another go through this morning, and now I've already hit my emotional limit for the day.
