I'd say if you plan on adding more content, your site would be dynamic, but I suppose frequency is a factor, too. I guess it isn't so black and white. The big reason I chose dynamic for my site is that I try to add stuff regularly, aaand also my neurotic tendency to edit everything over and over and over and...

as a kid I always hated ballons, holding onto them was sso much effort for a thing that didn't actually do anything more than floating, lol
