i think bugs are pretty much the unluckiest group of species in cartoons. most of the cartoons featuring them in starring roles have either been seen as ugly (sunny patch friends, antz), or just not well-liked (bug's life, buzz on maggie)

i've been living in the woods for a while now and i must confirm they deserve better but i can not love them. they just bug me so much now
