your not the only one it happend to kitmeow.neocities.org a couple of months ago he did talk more about this on his front page

The same thing happened to me in November of last year. I didn't know that it was happening to anyone else, so I was really worried. I changed my site's contents to make them more difficult to be copied. In my case I found two X accounts impersonating me but X didn't do anything when I reported them. I will contact kitmeow and cooperate with them. This may be happening to a lot of Neocitians.

honestly im kinda surprised it took someone this long to make one. still sucks that it happened though, hopefully it crashes harder than doge.
