hello everyone...a month ago i visited the psychiatry, and got diagnosed with autism (level 1), ocd, and major depressive disorder. im on medication for my ocd, but havent started any therapy yet. idk how or what to feel ever since my diagnosis, life has been hell for me, they consider me as very high functioning and i agree with that...ive been masking my whole life...im so tired. anw hope yall are doing good tho.

(cont.) with some personal issues, im considering to reach out for help through my university and see if theres anything they can do for me. my mental health isnt doing so great, and it feels as though im falling apart bit by bit everyday. i wont go into detail much now, but one thing for sure i wont delete this website. once im ready, i will come back. thank you for reading.

i have hormonal acne and i dont like how my fam just look at me weirdly and think having acne is something thats not normal...its like im being judged constantly. my parents did tell me abt my acne and that theyre worried abt it, but they always gotta add smth afterwards like "you look ugly" "it looks ugly on you" "do you know how ugly that looks?" "its ugly". like srsly???... was that necessary at all?
