I love the aesthetic; reminds me of the old spacejam.com site. I used to wish I was a supertaster because I, too, went to culinary school and thought that’d have given me an edge. However, my wife’s experiences as a supertaster has taught me that it’s probably more of a hinderance (in terms of personal enjoyment of all foods). Anyway, great site. -AM
