bc neocities has been having more server strain and downtime, i am BEGGING people to start locally editing their files on their hard drives and use some other hosting services for things like images
^ Couldn't agree more, I'm so glad I edit locally so I can work on stuff whenever. The constant outages are also what led me to make a site on another hosting platform with copies of my most 'important' pages
