Does anyone have website recommendations to upload images and organize them into albums? like flickr kind of? specifically for photography so large images. I was thinking of using tumblr but it's difficult to organize...

Not necessarily a website but do you mean a file host or a way to just display the images, like a gallery?
.. In which case check out Coppermine Gallery - or if you don’t have access to PHP/MySQL maybe a light box modal
