you are of course entitled to not give permission to take anything from your website, but i really encourage you to reconsider your position on "stealing" when referring to web design and software development in general. programming has always been a medium that promotes openly shared knowledge and i think neocities is the grand capital of the "everything is for everyone" culture of the early internet

i have that message there because the full code for entire pages from my site have been stolen and used by other sites, i encourage the "everything is for everyone" culture of the early internet but that also stands for asking instead of blatantly taking from others, i love to help and provide code if asked just not when people steal my hard work and name it as theirs. :)
