she now has 12gb of ram! which is funny because allegedly this model can only ake 8gb max (she only had 4gb before) but for some reason it worked and now shes just running on 12 now. lol. miracle

download claude, open terminal in the same directory as the thing you are trying to run, say 'why doesn't this work', and it should fart out something.. BUT your real answer is probably just to explain the situation to your professor and maybe ask for an alternative assignment you can do.
