Which type of art do you guys consider to be relaxing? To me, I always tend to resort to ballpoint pen doodling when I'm stressed or just wanting to chill xD

I put on my favorite podcast and start doodling on SAI2. Not even practice or anything, just doodling whatever.
Oh, that's neato! I feel a similar thing with FireAlpaca, its brushes scratch the traditional itch my brain has, even more if I'm listening to music!
