The part about bad habits being akin to being in an abusive relationship with yourself is interesting, considering how much drug addiction (and probably addiction in general) mirrors being in an abusive relationship with someone who appears to be a wonderful person, and slowly starts revealing their monstrous self as the relationship goes on.

loved reading this - lolled @ russells air freshener, those things really are evil lmao. im vegan myself and its rly frustrating to see how its tumble into mainstream means fast food/big supermarkets have completely stripped away the additional concerns we have about the environment+avoiding processed food+one's health!! esp this month cant go anywhere without seeing mcdonalds promote their "plant based" burger
