Making a website feels a lot like a garden to me too. When I was unemployed last year I visited parks occasionally to save myself from boredom and it provided me with some much needed respite. Part of the reason I named my blog after a glade is because that's what my personal site feels to me - like a sort of relaxing space.

Your site is so cool!!! I love the layout and your artwork!! I'm also super happy to see someone with a filter system on their OC directory, I was wondering if that was doable because it's something I'd like to do myself!

Did some tweaks to my site! Added in subtle scanlines and changed the page body to black and the text to white. I'm pretty happy with it!

I'm trying to get it to show all characters as default (neocities isn't helping with how slow it's updating), so to see them click the buttons!
You can choose between sorting my characters by story (if they're in one) and sorting them by whether I made them or obtained them from someone else! (typically if they're being used in a story then i made them)
The Show All button also works if you click on it! It's just not working by itself by default for some reason (I'm assuming it's something on Neocities' end because it was working in Codepen)
