i joked that my college should give every programming student a rubber duckie for graduation and nobody else in my class, nor the professor who is also the dean of the tech department, knew what i meant. i finally was like "...rubber duck debugging?" and nobody heard of it 😭

i'm pissed at myself for not getting the leon kennedy rubber duckie when they were on sale when i could afford one for this exact reason btw
