In other news--today I am packing my great-grandfather's 90-100 y.o. magyar-angol phrasebook, for donation to a small Hungarian cultural museum in Ohio, where he was from. Every time I pick the book up, another small piece falls off.
Melvins-world recommended I upload some of my old Bryce creations from a summer camp in '06. I was wondering if you know of anybody anywhere on the web making a Bryce archive or collection. Thanks!
Fantastic!! I read your post on jank and was wondering if you'd played Pathologic? I'm unfamiliar myself but I've watched Hbomberguy's video on it like a dozen times.
I haven't, sadly. Heard a lot of good things about it; it encapsulates the jank perfectly!
I can't explain how happy I am to hear that! It's exactly the vibe I wanted.
CL49--fucking great, the Pynchon I would recommend starting with. Can't believe he thinks so little of it. End of Area X dragged on cuz I wasn't enjoying it. Now time for Pale Fire--thanks to ancientcrypt for the suggesstion! Moshfegh still isn't in stock. :(
Would appreciate if someone would fly an Amazon Drone carrying My Year of Rest and Relaxation directly into my abdomen, thank you. Or I could just check another bookstore.
Thank you so much! If u like try the writing tool and share your creation on the new community gallery :D
@iggydrawing employs colour and transparency brilliantly in his works. I don't believe he is on Neocities, but search for him on Reddit, Bsky, etc.
I became aware of his work while browsing r/LandoftheLustrous. Thank you Iggy!!! I love my wistful fox depiction.
I've also added an author email to replace the UUID string that was there previously. Feel free to reach out to aeb877 at proton dot me!
I love the art <33
Yea check him out! His handle changes sometimes across platforms; I don't have insta but I believe he is active there. reddit: user/iggy-drawing
