In other news--today I am packing my great-grandfather's 90-100 y.o. magyar-angol phrasebook, for donation to a small Hungarian cultural museum in Ohio, where he was from. Every time I pick the book up, another small piece falls off.

CL49--fucking great, the Pynchon I would recommend starting with. Can't believe he thinks so little of it. End of Area X dragged on cuz I wasn't enjoying it. Now time for Pale Fire--thanks to ancientcrypt for the suggesstion! Moshfegh still isn't in stock. :(
