I've been migrating more to Linux which has involed some workflow changes, but I'm getting settled in now.
Since you use Linux, may I recommend Audacious for your media player? It's compatible with Winamp 2 skins, including the original, but you'll miss the visualizations if you use them. There's also an icon pack for Libreoffice to make it look like Office 97 (part of the Chicago95 XFCE theme). I'm lucky that my old software of choice, Macromedia Flash, works fine on Wine.
@cidoku Thank you! I will give Audacious a try; it looks promising with the winamp skin options. I tried to skin VLC to look like winamp but it was buggy/didn't work well enough for me. I will also take a look at the Libreoffice icon pack (that's good to know about) although I might untimately leave that as it is as I'm quite familiar with it.
The text "Sony DCR-PC5E" link leads to the Mavica's page, unlike the link on the picture of the blue-trousered fellow
I tweaked the album layout above, but the main update is the addition of the Amstrad page: https://bmh.neocities.org/projects/amstrad/index.html
Wow, somehow this just worked!... Due to being unble to test the randomizing script offline, which I had medalled with, I was expeicting it not to work first time... but it did!
Anyway, this page is the latest addition, and it took me a while to get all the albums (images and links) together.
