muito interessante o texto sobre as universidades do RJ! não sabia que tinha tantas universidades assim tão próximas aí. essa divisão entre cidade do rio e estado é uma anomalia curiosa que imagino que deva se refletir na consciência coletiva do pessoal daí, principalmente entre os mais velhos. é mais evidente a discrepância entre o futebol da capital e o do restante do estado, que parece lembrar mais um capixabão

curiosa como a padronização dos nomes das federais foi na base do decreto ditatorial. a gente ainda pronuncia a sigla da federal daqui como "urguis", mas talvez não seja só por costume. aquele F deve agonizar todo mundo, myself included, que se importa com alguma congruência entre escrita e pronúncia

vale assistir a alguma corrida de f1 esse ano. bahrain é uma das primeiras e, geralmente, não decepciona. foi a que me fez voltar a assistir em 2019. vai ser dia 12 de abril. itália, áustria, grã bretanha, itália e, principalmente, são paulo são outras que valem a pena, caso interesse. eu ainda não vi o filme, btw. queria ter visto no imax

@duda sobre a divisão do rio cidade/estado: apesar de ser uma parte super importante da história do rio, curiosamente eu não aprendi isso no colégio e nunca ouvi meus pais/avós falando algo a respeito. só fui descobrir já depois dos 25 anos... e alguns amigos próximos relatam a mesma experiência. acho que essa obscuridade é um dos principais motivos pelos quais eu acho tudo isso tão fascinante!

@duda pior que você é a segunda pessoa a mencionar a questão da UFRGS ser pronunciada como URGS!!! acho fascinante como que eu nem sabia que essa incongruência existia, mas sem querer acabou sendo explicada no texto. o quote eterno de homestuck se mostra pertinente: "that's a hell of a mystery no one thought was a mystery and didnt even really need solving. but damn if it didnt just get solved"

Addiction really sucks... Especially when you know it consumes your energy with things you don't like... But anyway, have fun with calculus! It's amazing.

Its really funnn, I have alot of background experience with it as i volunteer as a k-12 math tutor and having a background in competition maths but in my school your only allowed to take calculus at the second semester of Grade 12 so yeahh. Its still really fun though
