plan on moving blue horizon: bright days, sad days comic to this site. i'll also set up a page for the future ~ main ~ blue horizon comic and track what level of progress it's at.
(same with the side comic that i DEFINITELY fell off of updating after the first 4 proper pages, rip.)
UPDATE: My index page is now semi-mobile friendly. It doesn't look 100% the same, but it gets the job done. I'm hoping this can be more accessible to more people. I'll keep working on the rest of my pages, too.

Working on games is kind of addicting. Everyday, I'm always wondering what new features to add to the game. I added an ammo system where you can buy loose ammo, refill magazines at realistic prices. Currently trying to get Conquest mode up and running too. It's a pain.

For the larger maps (and maybe for the smaller ones), I think it helps to print out a map instead of selecting it in a menu. That way you can keep track of your movements in real time. Woodlands map is loosely based on the final battle in Act 1 of Mil-Sim Story

Maybe it's too soon, but I'm torn between adding more base management stuff, more maps, more weapons and gadgets (some are missing that were featured in my story), and a Tournament Mode.

The Tournament mode would generate a randomly generated Mil-Sim Tournament for the player or perhaps have the option to play the one based on the original plot, like picking a favorite team from the story or deploying your own to rewrite the events in the story (like what if Vampire Squad/JarPig Squad won) and so on. Would be interesting but that's far off the agenda for now.

ended up removing my blog post from june 11th. its not that i don't feel comfortable using this blog as my safe space, its just that it's so hard for me to look at that i would rather bury it than address it. thank you for everyone being so kind when i posted it.

I just embedded a youtube video using an iframe, then added a script to hide the video and add the button and stuff
